About Me
My Journey
I've always been active, engaging in sports, hiking, and outdoor activities throughout my life. However, after college and owning my own businesses, maintaining a healthy weight became challenging.
Determined to make a change, I overhauled my diet, but it wasn't until I committed to regular workouts a couple of years later that I truly began to feel better.
Seeing the transformative impact on myself and close friends, I became passionate about helping others on their fitness journeys.
Today, I remain dedicated to improving my health, actively playing rugby, and embracing outdoor adventures whenever possible.
