About Me
My Journey
I've always been active, engaging in sports, hiking, and outdoor activities throughout my life. However, after college and owning my own businesses, maintaining a healthy weight became challenging.
Determined to make a change, I overhauled my diet, but it wasn't until I committed to regular workouts a couple of years later that I truly began to feel better.
Seeing the transformative impact on myself and close friends, I became passionate about helping others on their fitness journeys.
Today, I remain dedicated to improving my health, actively playing rugby, and embracing outdoor adventures whenever possible."

Services
In-Person Training At Anytime Fitness Capitol Hill Seattle*
In-person sessions with a custom workout plan. *Must be a member of Anytime Fitness.
In-Person Training at your place, outside, or at a gym with permission.
In-person trainings at your home, apartment building, community gym, or outdoors.
App-Training and/or Video Call Training.
Using Trainerize to build programs, track progress, and check in with the client a couple of times a month.
Can also do video call check-ins or full workouts.
